Joanna Wencel-Delord (SynCat) was finally (damned COVID) able to receive the bronze medal of the CNRS during a magnificent ceremony held in the prestigious ENA. This distinction was given to her by Sandrine Sagan, deputy scientific director of the INC, in the presence of Patrice Soulié, regional delegate of Alsace.

As part of the IdEx exploratory actions, the collaborative project between SYBIO and CTMB entitled: Highly selective Targeted Covalent Inhibitors by a unique combination of synthesis, theoretical chemistry and structural biology has been awarded a grant. Congratulations.

The recent work performed by the CBM team on a new class of valuable (pro-)activity-based protein profiling probes has been highlighted on the website of the CNRS. Well done!!!

Congratultaions to Christophe Michon from COA team who has been awarded a prestigious USIAS fellowship in collaboration with Cuong Pham-Huu (ICPEES). They will work on a project entitled: STABILIZATION OF NICKEL NANOPARTICLES WITH OLEFINIC N-HETEROCYCLIC CARBENE LIGANDS FOR CATALYTIC APPLICATIONS IN HYDROGENATION AND REDUCTIVE AMINATION UNDER INDUCTION HEATING

The article reported by the SynCat group in collaboration with Pr Andreas Speicher “Atroposlective Synthesis of Isoriccardin C through a C-H Activated Heck-Type Macrocyclization” has been chosen to be on the cover of EurJOC.
