The work done by Dr Leroux, Dr Hanquet and their teams (COHA and Syncat) on highly enantioenriched α,α-difluoromethyl alcohols has been highlighted on the inside cover of Chemical Communications. This article is part of the themed collection “Fluorine Chemistry“.
Dr. Morgan Cormier has been offered a position as lecturer at the Université de Haute-Alsace and will join the CRHI team managed by the Pr. Jean-Philippe Goddard in Mulhouse.
Welcome Morgan and good luck in this new adventure with us!!!
In its annual activity report the CNRS has chosen to highlight the work done by the Molecular Material Chemistry (CMM) team. This work was centered on the selective opening/closing of a molecular flower.
The recent work on plasmodione, an antimalarial drug, metabolism published by the CBM team has been highlighted on the CNRS chemistry institute website. Well done!!!

For the first time the LIMA organized its annual Scientific day. We had the pleasure to listen 3 conferences from Pr. Martin-Vinca (Toulouse), Pr. Romieu (Dijon) & Pr. Landais (Bordeaux).
Welcome to Dr. Morgan Cormier who joins @LIMA_UMR7042 in @J_P_GODDARD team as a lecturer (Maître de Conférences) @UHA68
