The Biochemistry and Metabolomics platform is equipped with apparatus and materials for everything from microbial culture (particularly bacteria and fungi) to biomarker detection, including biomolecule extraction (mainly small metabolites and proteins) and biological activity measurement.
In conjunction with the NMR and Molecular Analysis platform, we have software and programs for structure annotation and advanced biostatistics.
